Introduction and Scope This Privacy Policy explains how Babaloop (Beta) (“Babaloop”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data of users who access or use the Babaloop platform (“Platform”). Babaloop is currently in its beta phase and operated by an entity under formation in Switzerland. This Policy applies to all users located in Switzerland who register, list, browse, or purchase items through the Platform. By accessing or using Babaloop, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
